How to Join the Waitlist

First, I encourage you to book an appointment for a future date that suits your schedule. This guarantees that you have a spot reserved for your next visit. Then go back in to the booking system and add yourself to the waitlist.

 

How to Join the Waitlist:

  • Go to stefaniesmith.glossgenius.com
  • Click on "Book Now."

  • Select the service you wish to book.

  • Click "Book Service" at the top right of the page.

  • Scroll down, and you'll see the option to "Join Waitlist."

OTHER IMPORTANT UPDATES

  • I've made some changes in the systems I use which has required me to get a new phone number and email. My new phone number is 315-210-8770 and my email is now info@stefaniesmith.net. I can also be reached through the contact sections on my website and booking software.​

  • In order to cancel or reschedule your appointments, you can go in through the link in your confirmation texts so be sure to save them. If you hit the "cancel" button, it will give you the option to reschedule. Please reach out with any challenges!

When requesting an appointment, please  know that when approving the request, I may sometimes need to alter the time of the appointment to consolidate scheduling. You will receive notification of any changes.
