Terms of Service
My current salon Covid-19 safety protocols
-Masks are optional for you. I will be masked during your procedure and I can remain masked at all times if that is your preference.
-If you have any symptoms of illness, even if it may not specifically be Covid-19, you are required to reschedule until your symptoms are gone. Your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appt in the case of illness one time. If you have lingering symptoms from any past illness, you will be required to wear a mask during your appointment.
Reservation fee and Cancellations
A $100 reservation fee is required for new clients to make a service appointment. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of making said appointment, the deposit will be returned. After the 24 hours grace period, the deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment ONE TIME. If you must completely cancel for any reason, the non-refundable $100 deposit is forfeit and it is the discretion of Stefanie Smith Shine Studio LLC as to whether or not you will be scheduled again. I ask that you provide 48 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. I do understand that illness can come on unexpectedly and will always appreciate that you reschedule your appointment so as to protect myself and others from illness.
No-shows will forfeit the $100 reservation fee and Stefanie Smith at Shine Studio LLC may decline to schedule any future appointments.
I understand that late happens. If, for any reason, you believe that you will be arriving late to your appointment, PLEASE text or call directly to 315-820-1393. I work hard to schedule the necessary amount of time needed for the service. Accommodating late arrivals is sometimes impossible without disrupting the other clients that are scheduled that day. Please be aware that if you do arrive late, I cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. In some cases, tardiness may require cancellation or rescheduling your appointment for another day and the $100 reservation fee will be forfeit and I may decline to schedule any future appointments.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. Results and longevity will vary depending on your skin type, lifestyle and health. If you are having any concerns, please let me know within 30 days of your visit and I will be happy to make alterations if it they are reasonable and attainable. The revision policy does not include a change in the original and agreed upon service, and any revision requests made after the 30 day period from the original service date will be subject to approval. I do not offer refunds for services. If aftercare is not strictly followed and/or the perfecting appointment does not occur within 8 weeks of the initial appointment, this guarantee is null and void.
